Payment methods – What payment methods do you use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The card payment is made through Stripe. one of the world’s leading providers of payment services over the Internet. Stripe guarantees a fast and secure payment that is made over a secure and encrypted connection (read more about Stripe’s security).

Payment methods – How do I see that my order has been processed?

If your account has been charged and you have received an email confirmation for the order, the purchase has been completed. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us at order [at] elfvinge.com and we will assist you.

Order and shipping times – How do I cancel my order?

If you have ordered a product from Elfvinge but have chosen to cancel your purchase, please contact us via e-mail order [at] elfvinge.com. The faster you contact us, the better. We are still a small company today and still handle the packing and shipping ourselves to a large extent. If your product has not left our warehouse, we will cancel your order. The money is then paid back to your account.

About the order and shipping times – How long does the shipping time take?

Your order leaves our warehouse within 36 hours of placing your order.

About Returns – How do I return my product?

Orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the package. The goods must be returned in unused condition in order for us to continue with refunds or exchanges.

The order should be returned in the original packaging in which you received it. You are responsible for the items until they reach us, we will not refund or exchange orders that are not in unused condition upon arrival. 

Elfvinge is not responsible for the shipping costs unless the products on arrival at the customer were defective, broken or incorrectly packed. 

Reset the package to the address below. Be sure to include a note with your order ID and how you would like us to handle the return (refund, exchange, etc.).

About Returns – How do I know that you have received my return?

As soon as we have handled your return we will inform you via email. If you requested and received a refund, the money will be returned to your account 5-7 business days.

If you did not receive an email within three weeks of sending your return, please contact us via order [at] elfvinge.com with your order number.

Returns – I received the wrong product, what should I do?

We at Elfvinge are responsible for the correct products being sent and that there are no errors. If you receive an order that is incorrect or wrong, please contact us at order [at] elfvinge.com and attach pictures of the problem, including the order confirmation. We try to solve the problem as quickly as we can and make sure the right products end up in your hands.
